Build your personal drill cycle
Diagnose → review → learn → drill → retest, using free official tools.
The 30-second version
improvement is a loop, not a pile of hours: Diagnose → Review → Learn → Drill → Retest. Bluebook finds the leaks, the error log names them, TFG checkpoints (and Khan lessons) patch them, the Question Bank drills the patch, and the next Bluebook test proves whether it held. Every tool in the loop is free.
The loop, mapped to tools
Diagnose — Bluebook
A full, timed official practice test every few weeks. This is your measurement instrument; don't burn tests more often than that.
For each content gap, reopen the matching TFG checkpoint and, if you want a second explanation or video form, the matching Khan Academy unit.
Drill — the Question Bank
10–15 official questions filtered to exactly that skill. Untimed until accurate, then timed. Mark the log entry mastered when the skill stops missing.
Retest — Bluebook again
The next full test tells you whether the patch held under pressure — and hands you the next diagnosis. Around the loop again.
A sample week (3–5 hours)
2 short drill sessions (30–45 min): Question Bank sets on your top two logged weaknesses.
1 learning session: one TFG checkpoint or Khan unit for your biggest content gap.
1 timed module (32–35 min): a single Bluebook module for pacing, reviewed same day.
Full test only on "retest week."
Want this scheduled for you day-by-day? The My Study plan builder generates a week-by-week plan around your test date, and the study-plans guide has one/two/three/six-month templates.
Common traps
All tests, no drills — measuring constantly while patching nothing.
All content, no timing — knowing everything at untimed speed only.
Drilling your strengths because they feel good. The log, not your mood, picks the drill.
Try it
Your last review logged: 4 misses on transitions (content), 2 careless Math slips. Your two drill sessions this week should target…
The log said transitions; drill transitions. Careless slips aren't fixed by content study — they're fixed by process habits under time. B measures without patching; C ignores your own data for a generic priority.
The official library of real SAT Suite questions. You can filter by section (Math or Reading and Writing), by content domain, by specific skill, and by difficulty, then export a custom practice set with answer explanations.
Free structured lessons, video instruction, and practice exercises for both SAT sections, built with College Board as the official practice partner. After a Bluebook practice test, you can link your results to get personalized practice recommendations.
